PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of temporary fixation of a newly constructed steel frame column to an existing steel frame column, while easily executing vertical/horizontal adjustment. SOLUTION: A coupling means 3 makes an upper erection piece 21, elongated from the newly constructed steel frame column 2, coupled to a lower erection piece 11, elongated from the existing steel frame column 1, by friction joint. A horizontal positioning means 4 makes a fulcrum part 43 supported on the erection piece 11, makes a point-of-lever part 41 directed toward an elongated end of the erection piece 11, makes a point-of-action part 42 directed toward an elongated end of the erection piece 21, and makes the part 42 impose a horizontal load on the erection piece 21 by screwing a high-strength bolt 44 in the part 41. A vertical positioning means 5 makes a pair of wedge members 51 and 52 coupled together by means of a high-strength bolt 53, makes the respective wedge members 51 and 52 sandwiched between the erection pieces 21 and 11, and brings/separates the respective wedge members 51 and 52 into contact with/from each other by screwing the high-strength bolt 53, so that a vertical load can be imposed on the erection piece 21.
