PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant fiber extremely scarcely having adverse effects on environment and a human body caused by formation of noxious substances, etc., and having an excellent flame-retardant performance and an excellent weather-resistant performance at the same time, without being deteriorated in spinnability, nor fiber strength, and to provide a fiber molded product obtained from the fiber. SOLUTION: This fiber is formed out of at least one kind of phosphazene derivative selected from a cyclic phosphazene derivative and a chain phosphazene derivative, a hindered amine derivative containing specified groups, and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the fiber contains the phosphazene derivative in an amount of 0.25-5.0 wt% and the hindered amine derivative in an amount of 0.025-3.0 wt% and has a size of 0.01-100 dtex.
