PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in moldability, mechanical characteristics and heat resistance, and a molding composed of the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition is compounded with a polylactic acid resin and an organic filler of natural origin, and characterized in that the crystallization temperature originating in the polylactic acid resin at cooling may be observed, and the crystallization enthalpy originating in the resin at cooling has a value of 35% or more of the crystal melting enthalpy.
