LAPTOP COMPUTER HAVING DISPLAY DEVICE ATTACHABLE TO MAIN BODY

摘要

PURPOSE: A laptop computer having a display device attachable to a main body is provided to display image information to several directions and display different image information to each display device by installing several display devices to one laptop computer without using a cable. CONSTITUTION: External connectors(2,3) interchange information with the main body by the LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling)/TMDS(Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) method. A controller(7) judges that information interchange is the LVDS method or the TMDS method, and connects an LVDS terminal(4) or the TMDS port(5) to the external connector.
