PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of tiles generating anions giving beneficial effects to human body by applying glaze containing anion-emitting mineral powder to tiles. CONSTITUTION: The anion generating tiles are produced by the following steps of: pressing tiles made of clay and drying (S100), wherein interior tiles unlike floor tiles, require sintering at 1100deg.C; applying a glaze containing mineral powder emitting anions to tiles, wherein the glaze is prepared by mixing conventional glaze comprising feldspar, kaolin, limestone, alumina, etc. with 3-10wt.% of anion-emitting minerals such as illite, tourmaline, zeolite and elvan (S200); sintering glazed tiles at 1000-1220deg.C for 30-70min in kiln, preferably, at 1000-1100deg.C for 20-60min for interior tiles and at 1150-1220deg.C for 30-70min for floor tiles (S300).
