<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method for forming a specific recessed/projected shape on a surface of a part or a member, and a formation apparatus and to carry out the formation of the recessed/projected shape with a simple step in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: After a surface of a base material is coated with a coating liquid cured by a curing energy to form a coating film, at the stage that the coating film maintains the wetting state, the recessed/projected shape corresponding to distribution is formed on a surface of the coating film by imparting the curing energy that an energy density per unit area becomes a predetermined distribution to the coating film or imparting a constant amount of curing energy only to a specific area of the coating film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
