<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of being switched to an automatic operation mode without fail, dispensing with the labor hour for switching to the automatic operation mode, and improving the usability. <P>SOLUTION: This air cleaner comprising an air cleaner main body 1 having an manual operation mode and the automatic operation mode, and cleaning the air, and a remote controller 28 for remote controlling the air cleaner main body 1, further comprises a remote controller mounting part (remote controller holder 29) for detachably mounting the remote controller 28, a remote controller detecting means for detecting the mounting of the remote controller 28 on the remote controller mounting part, and a control means for setting the operation mode to the automatic operation mode on the basis of the output on detecting the mounting of the remote controller, by the remote controller detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
