<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system which enables printing condition setting for a message body and an attached image file of an e-mail to be freely changed. <P>SOLUTION: A network system is constituted with a scanner 10, a PC 30, a PC 40, a cellular phone 50, a printer 80, and the like. A PDL file, based on a designated printing condition, is attached to the e-mail, having the message body and the attached image file and transmitted to the printer 80 via the Internet 60. The printer 80 analyzes the PDL file, attached to the e-mail received and sets up the printing conditions (print form size, monochromatic printing/color printing, printing resolution, and the like) for the message body and the attached image file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
