<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of managing print jobs over a number manageable in each the printer, and easily performing integrative management of the print jobs. <P>SOLUTION: When a network control part in the printer 1 manages the print job, an ID showing that the print job is managed by the network control part and an ID showing that the print job is managed by a printer control part are respectively registered in items 'mem-id' , 'mfp-id' of a job management table managed by the network control part. When cancellation of the print job is directed, a deletion request of the print job is issued to the printer control part when the print job is the print job managed by the printer control part, and the print job held in the network control part is deleted when the print job is the print job managed by the network control part, on the basis of the job management table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
