<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment friendly fuel cell power generating system efficiently utilizing energy. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system generating electric power by supplying bio-hydrogen gas to a fuel cell is provided with a heat reservation tank equipped with at least one burner.
