<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance starting performance in starting of a fuel reforming system. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 generating electric power with fuel gas and oxidizing agent gas starts power generation to start the system, and when reforming gas is produced, a control unit 2 does not vaporize raw fuel of hydrocarbon family with a vaporizer 4 and vaporizes the raw fuel and water with a plasma generator 12 of a reformer 5, and reformed fuel gas reformed with a reforming catalyst 13 is produced and then supplied to the fuel cell stack 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
