PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller wherein even if the capacitance of an inductor or a smoothing capacitor is reduced, the production of vibration due to load torque fluctuation can be suppressed without degrading the power factor of power supply, and a compressor and electric apparatus using the motor controller.

SOLUTION: The motor controller 101 comprises: an inverter circuit 3 which drives a brushless motor 4; and a control unit which controls the phase of the motor current of the brushless motor 4 through the inverter circuit 3, and thereby controls the rotational speed of the brushless motor 4.
