PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide device in which optical crosstalk is decreased by preventing transmission light reflected by a filter from reaching a PD element. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide device comprising on a substrate an optical waveguide having a lower clad, a core, an upper clad for embedding the core, and and an oblique trench arranged in the middle of the waveguide, and a 1st filter inserted in the trench, is characterized in that a 2nd filter is arranged on the upper surface of the upper clad, and the 2nd filter reflects the 1st wavelength light transmitted by the 1st filter, and transmits the 2nd wavelength light reflected by the 1st filter.
