PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cracks caused by vibrations or the like in root parts of protruded plate parts to form a dovetail groove to lock a reservoir and a bracket from being broken. SOLUTION: A dovetail-shaped protruded part 25a formed on one side of a reservoir 25 is engaged with and fitted to a dovetail groove 16 formed by a pair of protruded plate parts 15 bend from a strip-shaped bracket 10 formed of sheet metal, and openings 17 and 17A having a first arc part 17a of a small radius of curvature continuous to root parts of side edges 15a of the protruded plate parts and a second arc part 17b of a large radius of curvature continuous thereto are formed in the bracket. The openings are U-shaped punched holes, and the first and second arc parts form an inner side part and an outer side part of tip parts of the U-shaped punched holes, respectively, and the protruded plate parts 15 are preferably formed by folding a part of the bracket protruded inward of the U-shaped punched holes.
