PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield for a blind, which is like a soft gray fabric, excellent in durability, and sufficient in diffusion of light. SOLUTION: The shield 10 for the blind is formed by covering a mesh fabric 12 made of glass fibers or the like, with a soft synthetic resin 14 made of polyvinyl chloride or the like, to obtain a soft sheet material, and further a delustering agent is added to the sheet material.
