PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss in a film, by using film joining, without using a joining tape and the other sub-resources. SOLUTION: This end part joining device is provided with a film holding member 3 for holding a succeeding delivery film 2 in the width direction in its standby position, heat seal teeth 6 and 7 positioned in substantially parallel to the film holding member 3, displaced for advancing-retreating to the member, and heat-sealing by pressing a preceding delivery film 1 to the succeeding delivery film 2, a cutter blade 11 arranged on the rear side of the heat seal teeth 6 and 7 in the film delivery direction, displaced for advancing-retreating to the film holding member 3, and traveling in the direction along the heat seal teeth 6 and 7, and a reciprocatingly driving means 8 for stroking the film holding member 3 in the film width direction between an advancing position for holding the film and a retreat position for retreating from a film delivery passage.
