PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifier circuit capable of improving the efficiency. SOLUTION: A composite unit 16 composes signals from amplifiers 14-1, 14-2 at a signal composing point E respectively via transmission lines 18-1, 18-2. The electric length of the transmission lines 18-1, 18-2 is nearly equal to an odd number multiple of 1/4 of the wavelength of a pair of high frequency signals S1(t), S2(t). An output terminal C of the amplifier 14-1 is connected to only the transmission line 18-1 and an output terminal A of the amplifier 14-2 is connected to only the transmission line 18-2. Thus, in the case of assuming that the signals from the amplifiers 14-1, 14-2 are inversely composed at the signal composing point E, the impedance toward a load side viewed from the output terminal C of the amplifier 14-1 and the impedance toward a load side viewed from the output terminal A of the amplifier 14-2 are both infinite and no power is consumed.
