PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit for generating a constant voltage by a band gap Zener, which can provide a stable output voltage regardless of the temperature. SOLUTION: The constant voltage circuit 100 for generating a constant voltage comprises a first PN connection part D1 for generating a first reference voltage; a second PN connection part D2 for generating a second reference voltage; an output circuit R23 for generating and outputting an output constant voltage VZ according to a current I13 according to the second reference voltage VD2 generated in the connection part D2 and currents I11 and I12 carried to the connection part D1 and the connection part D2; and compensation circuits M21-M27 for detecting a potential differenceΔV generated according to the temperature between the first reference voltage generated in the connection part D1 and the second reference voltage generated in the connection part D2, and performing the temperature compensation of the output constant voltage VZ according to the potential differenceΔV.
