PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data conversion system which can easily and surely acquire information necessary to an information receiver. SOLUTION: The data conversion system 10 is provided with a request reception part 101 that receives conversion request information which requests the conversion of the format of transmission data transmitted to a cellular phone 201 which a user receiving the data uses to a prescribed format; an object extraction part 103 which extracts the conversion object part of the transmission data as the conversion object data based on condition information for specifying the conversion object part of the transmission data; a data conversion part 104 which converts the conversion object data thus extracted to transmission object data of prescribed format; and a transmission part 105 which transmits the transmission object data thus converted to the cellular phone 201.
