PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeable concrete member for blocking a drainage opening while securing drainage from the drainage opening of a conduit type side ditch body. SOLUTION: The permeable concrete member 10 can be fitted to the drainage opening 21 provided on the upper face of the conduit type side ditch body 20. Side faces 12, 13 and 16, 17 of the permeable concrete member 10 are shapes coinciding with the drainage opening 21 formed so that intervals of opposite side faces 21a, 21b and 21e, 21f are narrowed downward. In addition, side faces 12, 13, 16 and 17 of the permeable concrete member have stage parts 14, 15, 18 and 19 corresponding to stage parts 21a, 21b, 21e and 21f of the drainage opening 21.
