PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a latch guide cylinder from easily slipping out of the front in carrying. SOLUTION: This front member of a lock case is composed of the metallic front having an opening in a central part, and the synthetic resin latch guide cylinder projected in front of an abutting collar part abutting on a back face of this front, and having a rectangular frame-shaped fitting part fitted to the opening; respectively forms thin clearances on opposed walls of a fitting part of the latch guide cylinder; and forms a little small engaging claw for slidingly contacting and engaging with an edge part of the opening, in a thin edge part having the elastically restoring-deforming function of the opposed walls for forming these thin clearances.
