PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic soft resin and an acrylic soft resin composition excellent in flexibility, tear resistance, and handling nature. SOLUTION: The acrylic soft resin comprises a multilayer-structured graft polymer which comprises at least one layer of a soft polymer layer consisting of a specific composition and at least one layer of a hard polymer layer consisting of a specific composition and whose outermost layer is one of the hard polymer layers. The acrylic soft resin composition contains this acrylic soft resin and a thermoplastic polymer consisting of a composition, with the content of the thermoplastic polymer not exceeding 20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the above multilayer-structured graft polymer and the thermoplastic polymer. The difference in the maximum value and minimum value of refractive indexes of each layer composing the multilayer-structured graft polymer is preferably 0.005 or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
