PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal injection preparation of ozagrel sodium of an aqueous solution state free from the formation of an ozagrel sodium-relating substance even by storing in the form of an aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The liquid medicinal preparation for injection contains ozagrel sodium and a sodium salt compound.
