PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader-attached fishhook 10 which can prevent the dropout of a bait 12 without injuring the leader and can improve the biting of a fish. SOLUTION: When the bait 12 is backward moved from a leader dropout-preventing portion 14 by [through piercing] or [sewing piecing], a linear catching portion 20 is inserted into the bait 12. When the bait 12 is moved toward the point 14a of the fishhook body 14, the tip of the linear catching portion 20 is hooked in the body of the bait 12 to prevent the dropout of the bait 12. Since the linear catching portion 20 has elasticity, a worry about the damage of the leader 16 is needless, even when the leader 16 contacts with the linear catching portion 20.
