The invention concerns designed for fixing a wire on a carrier element having a planar wing provided with at least an opening: the device (20) is made of sheet metal and comprises a globally planar base plate (21) wherefrom emerges a lug (24) adapted to pass through said opening and to be engaged on the wire; the lug (24) comprises a tongue (22) parallel to the base plate (21) whereto it is connected by a heel (23), the tongue (22) being at some distance from the base plate (21) globally equal to the value of the diameter of the wire to be fixed whereto must be added the thickness of the planar wing of the carrier element; the lug (24) is formed by the material derived from a cutout (25) provided in the base plate (21).
