ELASTIC FLOOR MATERIAL HAVING EXCELLENT REPULSIVE ELASTICITY AND TENSION, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Elastic floor material is characterized by improving noise, controlling porous ratio into 10-35% and having excellent repulsive elastic and tension. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by using vulcanized rubber particles comprised of granulated polyhedrons having a flat cross-section and a sharp corner and controlling a distribution of the particles and small quantity of a binder. CONSTITUTION: Elastic floor material is obtained by the steps of: mixing 10-30wt.% of polyurethane resin or chloroprene rubber cement with 70-90wt.% of vulcanized rubber particles comprised of granulated polyhedrons; compressing a mixture level; and then curing the level mixture to control porous ratio into 10-35%. The vulcanized rubber particles have 1-5mm of size.
