<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way video conference apparatus which has an analog video signal input and is capable of carrying out complete copyright protection by solving a problem that the apparatus can simply transmit a video signal input whose copy is inhibited to an opposite party. <P>SOLUTION: The video conference apparatus is provided with a copyright information detection means 2 that detects copyright information when receiving a copyright protected video signal and stops transmission by a transmission/reception means 4 when discriminating copy inhibition so that transmission of contents whose copy is inhibited is prevented and complete copyright protection is attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
