MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR LIQUID CONTAINING PHYSIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process and an apparatus for manufacturing a liquid containing a physiologically active substance and ingredients contained in seawater and beneficial for the human body such as ions by a limited number of steps without using special chemicals.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing process comprises generating a gas containing effective ingredients including the physiologically active substance by burning seaweeds in an incinerator 12, mixing the effective ingredient-containing gas with seawater ingredient mist produced by a seawater ingredient mist generator 16 in a gas homogenizer 18 to produce the effective ingredient-containing liquid containing the physiologically active substance and removing ashes from the effective ingredient-containing liquid by a refiner 22 to obtain a physiologically active solution. The physiologically active substance is fucoidan.
