<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make brightness of an organic light-emitting diode display device uniform with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the organic light-emitting diode display device provided with a set of scanning lines (S<SB>1</SB>, S<SB>2</SB>, S<SB>3</SB>, S<SB>4</SB>, S<SB>n-1</SB>, S<SB>n</SB>) formed by a cathode of the display device and a set of data lines (D<SB>1</SB>, D<SB>2</SB>, D<SB>3</SB>, D<SB>4</SB>, D<SB>5</SB>, D<SB>6</SB>, D<SB>n-1</SB>, D<SB>n</SB>) formed by an anode of the display device, a region where the scanning lines and the data lines are overlapped is to be a light-emitting region (10) of display pixels, and a scanning line layout formula is so made that a circuit is wider as it approaches a power source end of the scanning lines and is lower as it gets away from the power source end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
