<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the efficiency of a DNA amplification reaction and a method for improving the specific bondability of an oligonucleotide to a DNA. <P>SOLUTION: The method for improving the efficiency of a DNA amplification reaction comprises the use of a primer produced by bonding LCRed705 and an oligonucleotide, etc., having a gc content of ≥50% to the 5'-terminal of a primer.
