摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical functional membrane which has excellent gas barrier property such as moistureproofness firstly, and to provide an antiglare-antireflection film which has antiglare property and antireflection property at the same time and can reduce reflection of light in the interfaces of layers inside the film and its manufacturing method secondarily.

SOLUTION: On a transparent substrate film 11, an antiglare layer 12 whose surface is finely uneven is formed directly or through another layer, and further a low-refractive-index layer 13 having a lower refractive index than that of the antiglare layer 12 is formed thereupon. The antiglare layer 12 has a higher refractive index than that of a layer in contact with the surface of the low refractive index 13, the surface being on the opposite side from the surface with which the antiglare layer 12 is in contact. An SiOxfilm may be used for the low refractive index 13. The SiOxfilm itself has excellent gas barrier property as an optical functional membrane and is excellent in moistureproofness, scratch resistance, adhesion to a substrate, transparency, low-refractive-index property, dye deterioration prevention property, etc.
