PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity super-regenerative radio frequency receiver and its method. SOLUTION: By using a common-mode feedback circuit and by replacing a rectifier with a feedback integral-rectifier, the rectifier, a low-pass filter and a slicer will not be saturated during operation so that the output of the slicer is correctly generated, and the sensitivity of the super-reproduction radio frequency receiver is remarkably improved as a result.
