PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fixed camera in a mobile terminal device with a camera to be fit to an object and a photographing position to be arbitrarily changed by a photographer. SOLUTION: An image processor 103 performs processing of cutting image data photographed by a camera 104 to a displayed angle of view, a control of a cutting position, and color processing. A camera controller 105 performs a drive control of the camera 104 and a cutting out position change command of the image processor 103. A key operating portion 107 generates a command signal for shifting the cutting image position by a key operation. An infrared rays receiver 108 receives an infrared rays signal inputted from an infrared rays transmitter 110, an infrared rays controller 109 generates a command signal for converting the received infrared rays signal into an electric signal and shifting a cutting out position, and controls driving of the infrared rays receiver 108. A central controller 106 shifts and controls a position of the cutting image based on the command signal within a photographed image and generates display data, and displays the image on a display section 101 by a display controller 102.
