PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lot of programs by reducing work and time consumed in the production of programs. SOLUTION: A search engine 42 of a broadcasting station 4 collects meta-data 3 stored in a terminal 1 of a content provider. A matching agent 44 searches the meta-data suitable for the contents of program scenario out of collected meta-data.The contents is down-loaded from the terminal 1 based on terminal identification information corresponding to the meta-data, and stored in a program data storing unit 46, and the production of program is carried out.
