PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel on-vehicle audio apparatus without attaching a conventional dynamic speaker to the inside of a door. SOLUTION: A diaphragms 21 in which a coil 35 is arranged, is attached to a windshield glass 11, side window glass 12-15, rear window glass 16 or the like in an automobile, and an attachment plate 30, in which a magnet 31 is arranged, is fixed to the diaphragm 21 to be opposed to the coil 35 to make an audio current flow through the coil 35 of the diaphragm 21.
