PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically identify a user when the user connects to a communication server from a client without requiring the user's labor to input a password or the like. SOLUTION: A biometrics sensor 7 such as a fingerprint sensor is arranged so as to be overlapped with a keyboard or a mouse of a client 4, so that biometrics data can be automatically read while the client 4 is operated. When the client 4 is connected to a server device 10, the biometrics data are transmitted, and the server device 10 uses the biometrics data and a communication protocol used by a user to extract the account of the client using the communication protocol from a storage part 26 of the user information, and returns the data of the user associated with the pertinent account to the client 4. Thus, when the client is connected to the server, it is possible for the user to save any login operation based on a password, and to perform access to the user's own data.
