DRIVING MECHANISM OF OPENING/CLOSING VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure valve holding force in the closing of a valve even by a relatively small actuator. SOLUTION: A valve shaft 2 is connected to an actuator rod 4 by a first lever 5 having a guide hole 53 and rotatingly operated by the actuator 3 and a second lever 6 having a projected part 61 slidably fitted to the guide hole 53 and fixed to the end of the valve shaft 2. The opening/closing valve is opened and closed by rotating the second lever 6 while the projected part 61 moves the inside of the guide hole 53 according to the rotation of the first lever 5. In the valve closing, the rotating center 51 of the first lever 5 is formed to match the moving direction X1 of the projected part 61 corresponding to the valve opening direction. The guide hole 53 is formed to have a linear part 53a generally perpendicular to the moving direction X1 of the projected part 61. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
