<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solar battery having high photoelectric transducing efficiency, and to provide a method of manufacturing the battery through a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solar battery is characterised in that a functional layer containing a hetero-structure surface formed by bringing first and second organic materials into contact with each other is held between first and second electrodes, and the first organic material has a fine particle-welded laminated structure, and the second organic material exists on the surface and/or gap of the laminated structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
