PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize vehicle allocation of a daily charter run, and to provide optimum charter contents in a covered calculation period, in a chartering system allocating the charter run about a vehicle allocation plan comprising a plurality of operation routes.

SOLUTION: In the vehicle allocation plan comprising the plurality of operation routes, spot costs and costs except a charter contract basic charge are calculated in each the operation route (S402, S403). In vehicle allocation calculation (S405), the charter run is adopted in the operation route having a large assumed reduction money amount that is a difference therebetween. In contract calculation (S406), a charter basic charge total is subtracted from the assumed reduction money amount of the covered calculation period to calculate a reduction money amount of the covered calculation period.
