PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitor capable of preferentially receiving warning which requires immediate coping, by specifying an area generating centralized warning, transmitting an inhibit command only to the specified area, and selecting abnormal contents to transmit the suppression command. SOLUTION: When a monitor center 7 detects the centralized warning, the area is specified, and centralized warning target equipment is specified. The centralized warning can be suppressed via a wireless relay station 8 when the area is a wirelessly communicable area, and via a communication line 6 when the area is not the wirelessly communicable area. Accordingly, even when the centralized warning is generated, the warning from areas except the centralized warning generation area is received without delay. By specifying the centralized warning generation equipment to inhibit only the warning of the equipment, the warning requiring dispatch of a coping person can be immediately received even in the centralized warning generation area.
