PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a heat insulator at an appropriate position in relation to a material to be thermally insulated, to effectively insulate the material to be thermally insulated, and to secure a wide housing space for the material to be thermally insulated. SOLUTION: In order to hold the heat insulator at an appropriate position in relation to the material to be thermally insulated, which is housed inside a heat insulating box 14, a hook-and-loop fastener 13 provided in an end of a main body 11 of a heat insulator holder 10 is fitted to a hook-and-loop fastener 15 provided in an inside surface 31 inside the heat insulating box 14.
