REPAIR METHOD FOR PAVING ROAD SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve the durability of a road surface during the time up to repairing completion for cracking and damage, etc. bringing on the surface of the pavement. SOLUTION: A circular, spherical cutting blade 13 is rotated in the planetary rotating direction while turning around the same axis with the center of a manhole 1 in an outwardly protruded manner.
