TOWER INSIDE MONITORING DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower inside monitoring device for an elevator capable of seeing the inside of an elevator tower and an appearance condition of a car by a portable terminal unit carried by a person in charge of maintenance, monitoring the inside of the tower and conditions above and below the car by one monitoring camera, and grasping a monitoring position easily. SOLUTION: The monitoring camera 5 is provided on a counterweight 4 of the elevator, and the monitoring camera 5 and the portable terminal unit 7 carried by the person in charge of maintenance perform communication mutually to display image by the monitoring camera 5 on a screen of the portable terminal unit 7. An elevator operation position storage part storing a position of the car 3 of the elevator and a position of the counterweight 4 of the elevator is provided to grasp an image position by the monitoring camera 5 easily by a means for calculating an operation position of the counterweight 4 of the elevator from data in the elevator operation position storage part.
