PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet enclosure which can enhance an eye-catching effect by addition of sales promoting information to the outer paper for wrapping a booklet to be sent, prevent the movement of the booklet in sealing and arouse an interest in the booklet. SOLUTION: The outer paper 10 with various information such as sales promoting information printed thereon is previously treated to form perforations 11a to 11c. Then, an adhesive coating sections 15a to 15c are coated with an adhesive, while temporary adhesive coating sections 16a, 16b are coated with a temporary adhesive. Afterward, a rear cover 22 of a booklet 20 comprising a plurality of pages is stuck to the inner face of the rear side paper piece 10b of the outer paper 10 by the temporary adhesive coated to the inner face. Lastly, the outer paper 10 is folded into two along a folding line 12 to adhere the opposite ends of the front side paper piece 10a and the rear side paper piece 10b together with the adhesive to obtain a booklet enclosure with a booklet 20 sealed therein.
