PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brewing bag, such as a tea bag, which prevents a substance that degrades the flavor as of tea from entering when the tea is brewed. SOLUTION: The brewing bag is formed from non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is produced by a spun-bond method. The fibers of the non-woven fabric are made of core sheath type composite long fibers that have polyester as a core constituent and polypropylene as a sheath constituent. The core sheath type composite long fibers are bonded by softened or melted polypropylene that is the sheath constituent. Since the non-woven fabric is produced by the spun-bond method, the fabric is free from sticking of fiber oil. In addition, since polypropylene and polyester that have fusing points far higher than the temperature of hot water are used, the constituents are prevented from dissolving in the hot water even when they are immersed in it. Using the brewing bag, serving as a tea bag, which is made of the non-woven fabric, reduces the degree to which fiber oil or polypropylene may be mixed into extract.
