PURPOSE: A vertical-type multiple junction solar cells and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a high voltage and to reduce the size and fabrication cost by using p-n type unit changed from reclaimed wafers. CONSTITUTION: A reclaimed p type silicon wafer is cleaned(100). An Al film is deposited on the wafer by using screen-printing(200). A p-n type unit is formed by coating H3PO4 on the wafer and performing a drying process(300). A solar cell wafer is formed by stacking a plurality of p-n type units(400). A heat treatment is performed therefor(500). A plurality of solar cells are formed by sawing regularly the solar cell wafer(600). A texture for condensing light is formed on the resultant structure by using dry-etching(700). |
