VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER FOR REDUCING NOISE CAUSED BY COOLING WATER FLOW

PURPOSE: A vehicle air conditioner is provided to improve the flow of engine cooling water by disposing the center of a heat exchanger for rear seat heating lower than the center of that for front seat heating, for reducing the noise caused by the flow. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air conditioner includes front and rear seat air conditioning units(100,200) respectively having heat exchangers(130,240) for heating front and rear seats. The center of the rear seat heat exchanger is positioned lower than that of the front seat heat exchanger, wherein the distance(L) between the centers is about 30mm-150mm. Owing to the difference of pressure according to the different center positions, the flow of engine cooling water is improved. The cooling water flows from the front seat heat exchanger to the rear seat heat exchanger less, thereby reducing the cooling water flow noise. A rear seat heat exchanger for cooling(230) is positioned in parallel to that for heating approximately.
