PURPOSE: A crusher for making juice is provided to quickly discharge juice residue and crushed ingredients by forming a screw groove at the inside of a bushing. CONSTITUTION: An injection port(3) and a discharge port(4) for discharging juice are formed at a housing(2). A crushing bar(6) is coupled to the housing, is driven by a driving unit, and has an insertion portion, a cutting portion, a crushing portion, and a discharging portion. A crushing case(7) is coupled to the outside of the crushing bar. A housing lid(9) is coupled to the end of the housing, and fixes the crushing case. A pressure control cap(11) is connected to the housing lid, and is coupled to a bushing(10) coupled to the end of the crushing bar. A guide protrusion(9b) is formed at the outer face of the housing lid, and has a semicircular inclined surface(9c). An inclined protrusion is formed at the inside of the pressure control cap, and is in contact with the inclined surface. A discharge groove(14) is formed at the end of the crushing bar. A screw groove is formed at the inside of the bushing, and smoothly discharges residue and crushed ingredients.
