PURPOSE: A structure for waterproofing a control box of an air conditioner to protect electronic components is provided to discharge water infiltrated through a space between the rear of a front panel and an upper part of a fixing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A front panel(60) forms an external form of a front of an outdoor unit. A fixing bracket(80) is installed at the front panel with an upper part(82) vertically bent to be fixed at the rear of the front panel, with a center part(84) bent toward the rear to be separated from the front panel, and with a lower part(86) vertically bent. An upper fixing unit(74) is bent on a top side of a control box(70) to be fixed at a bottom surface of the center part of the fixing bracket, separated from the rear of the center part of the fixing bracket to form a drainage path. |
