Composiiton for preventing scaling, excluding of soot, clinker and sludge, and controlling flame in combustion apparatus

A fuel additive composition comprising hydrogen peroxide, an amine-based stabilizer, borax, and sodium hydroxide is disclosed. The composition is added to such fuel as coal, oil, and gas to facilitate combustion and remove impurities in a combustion apparatus, thereby improving thermal efficiency, and it reduces discharge of noxious gases such as SO_x, NO_x, and CO.
